Just about any site can become a member of this webring! If I like it, you're in! But there are a few rules:
First and foremost, no pornographic sites, no hentai, no Satanism, no Nazism, no anarchist sites, and no crap like that! This is a source of family entertainment!
Your site must have at least one complete page. If you're still building a few things, fine, but give me at least one complete page.
You can remove your site at any time.
No spamming through this webring. Site owners, if you have reason to believe another site in this ring is spamming, contact me immediately! Anyone caught spamming will be immediately removed from this ring.
All sites will be personally reviewed by me.
If I approve your site, it will be added to the ring within a week of my review. If not, contact me.
If your site is rejected for whatever reason, I will inform you of the rejection and of the reason.
Please do not argue with me! If I reject your site, there is a reason. If you really want me to reconsider, contact me and I will. If I reject your site again, there is a reason, which I will inform you of. After that, unless the site is altered to suit the guidelines I give you, the site will not be added to the ring.
I reserve the right to remove any site at any time from this webring. If your site is removed, you will be informed of the reason. The above rules apply to this as well.
If you have a custom banner, please make sure it is suitable for all eyes, and free of foul language. I don't mind dirty jokes on your site, but not in your banner. If a banner is not suitable for this ring, it will be rejected and I will use a regular link.
If your site information changes, please inform me! I will make any necessary alterations at your request, but only at your request.
Please do not spam up this ring. You may have as many sites as you like added to the ring, but I don't want an individual submission for every page of one site.
Please install the webring banner on your main page within a week of acceptance. You will recieve it in your acceptance E-mail. If you do not, I will remove your site until the banner is in place.
Please do not alter the navigation banner code. If you wish me to make changes to the size of it, or add a background to match that of your site, I will be happy to do so, to an extent.
Inline frames are necessary for banner installation. If for any reason your server does not support inline frames, please contact me, and I will build you a banner that works for your site.
If I invite you to join the webring, please answer my request. If you would rather not have your site added, that's fine, but don't leave me hanging. I wouldn't do it to you!
These rules may seem strict, but when you think about it, they're really not strict at all. I am only interested in providing an enjoyable experience for visitors to ALL sites up here, and without offending anyone. With a little order, this should work well. Remember, we're here to have fun!
